We appreciate your engagement and invite your attention to the following detailed terms and conditions regarding ticket acquisition and utilization for the esteemed Leadership Ateliers event in both Barcelona and Berlin during 2024 ("Event"). Your purchase of tickets implies your understanding, acknowledgment, and adherence to the ensuing stipulations:
1. Ticket Tiers and Access:
From January 9th, 2024 we are opening a pre-registration to purchase tickets that will grant registrants a €150 voucher for either of the events in Berlin in Barcelona.
The voucher will have validity until March 1st, 0:00 CET
After that, regular ticket prices will apply.
2. Financial Transactions:
Full payment for tickets is requisite at the point of purchase.
Participants have seven (7) days from the purchase date to complete the payment. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in automatic order cancellation.
3. Inclusive Classes and Workshops:
The ticket price includes access to a variety of classes and workshops during the Event.
Please note that the availability of classes and workshops may be limited and subject to change. They may not be fully available at the time of purchase.
4. Refund and Transfer Policies:
Tickets are fully refundable up until 30 days preceding the Event. Post this period, tickets are non-refundable but transferable to alternate participants.
To initiate a ticket transfer, contact our team at tickets@hatchconference.com, specifying the details of the new participant.
5. Dynamic Event Schedule and Content:
The Event schedule, including classes and workshops, is subject to modification without prior notice.
Organizers reserve the right to alter the content, timing, or venue of any class or workshop.
6. Code of Conduct:
Attendees are expected to behave professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion without a refund.
7. Photography and Recording Protocols:
Photography and recording during classes or workshops are prohibited without prior consent.
8. Liability Framework:
Attendees acknowledge participation at their own risk.
Organizers disavow liability for loss, injury, or damage incurred during the Event.
9. Force Majeure Clause:
Organizers are not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond their control.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: - These Terms are construed and subject to the laws of the jurisdiction of Berlin, Germany.
11. Limitations on Legal Recourse:
Participants expressly waive any right to initiate legal proceedings, claims, or lawsuits against the organizers for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the Event or any associated activities.
12. No Refund Claims Post-Transfer:
No refund claims will be entertained once a ticket has been transferred to another participant.
13. No Guarantee of Event Details:
Organizers do not guarantee specific details of the Event, including class instructors, workshop content, or additional activities.
14. Organizers' Discretion:
The organizers reserve the right to exercise discretion in interpreting and enforcing these terms, and their decisions are final.
